The smell of gas leaks into the hallway,
Replacing the smell of absent children,
and absent grandchildren who don’t talk to him anymore.

Grandad hasn’t been the same since granny died,
and building model airplanes doesn’t fill his time,
and his children don’t invite him to christmas dinner,
so grandad is sticking his head IN THE OVEN!

So grandad died and the gas kept leaking,
and a spark from a faulty plug,
made the house explode,
and it killed all the children in the park next to the house.
Oh I wish it could be christmas everyday,
blah blah blah blah blah.

No roast turkey, just roast grandad.
